Until a few years ago, I didn’t know anything about homeopathy. I didn’t even know it existed!
My journey started when I was struggling to fall pregnant, and a friend recommended homoeopathy as it had worked for her.
Having successfully adopted a new way of healing, I gave birth to my beautiful boy, and to this day I’ve used homeopathic remedies in all sorts of situations, including breastfeeding problems, postnatal depression, and typical childhood conditions such as teething or colics.

How Does Homeopathy Work?
Sickness and symptoms arise when the body is out of balance. Based on the principle that “like cures like,” homeopathic remedies address what is out of balance in the body and work to restore it.

Is Homeopathy safe?
Homeopathy is safe for people at all life stages including babies and pregnant or breastfeeding women. Unlike some conventional drugs, homeopathic medicines are non-addictive with no dangerous side-effects.
When can I expect to see results?
The reaction to homeopathic remedies can differ from person to person. Some people experience a significant improvement in their symptoms and overall energy within a few weeks. With others the improvement will be more gradual.
Consultation
If you are new to homeopathy, your first consultation will probably be very different to other medical appointments you have had. The first consultation can take between 1 hour to 1.5 hours and involves different types of detailed questions about your current and past physical symptoms and emotional states.
